How to Organize Your Time for Ramadan: Mufti Taqi Usmani’s Practical Advice (Malfoozat of Shaykh al-Islam Hazrat Maulana Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani)
It was advised that every Muslim should, even before Ramadan begins, create a schedule for the month that maximizes time for worship. Try to dedicate as much time as possible to voluntary (Nafl prayers) of worship, shorten your other tasks as much as possible, and spend more time in Allah’s worship, Dhikrullah, Quran recitation, and supplications.
For example, in ordinary days, there is little opportunity for Quran recitation, but in Ramadan, every Muslim should set a specific goal for daily recitation. Similarly, whether walking, sitting, or moving around, the tongue should remain engaged in the remembrance of Allah (Dhikr).
