Keep Asking Allah Repeatedly In Daily Life Routines (Malfoozat of Shaykh al-Islam Hazrat Maulana Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani)
Hazrat Dr. Abdul Hai Arifi (may Allah sanctify his soul) used to say: “Keep asking Allah repeatedly. This is the amazing court of the Most Generous that the more you ask, the more Allah loves it.”
In this world, if someone asks you for something once, you may give it. If they ask a second time, you may give again. If they ask a third time, you might still give, but by the fourth time, you may get irritated and tell them to leave.
However, in Allah’s court, the more you ask, the more beloved it is to Allah. Every supplication, whether for worldly matters or for the Hereafter, is itself an act of worship and earns a reward.
For example: “O Allah, pay off my Loans!” or “O Allah, cure my illness!” Every supplication earns a reward, and every supplication is made as a means to achieve something. The greatest benefit is that through this, your connection with Allah is strengthened, His love grows in your heart, and all your hopes become tied to Him, which is a major sign of love for Allah.
